 Each puppy listed comes with limited registration & requires you to have it spayed or neutered UNLESS you want breeding rights & pedigree's contact me for further pricing information. I do not knowingly sell to puppy mills, brokers, or pet stores and most breeders. If you are a breeder I will need many references, including from your Vet.

All of our puppies are sold with Limited Registration reduced from our normal price. I found that most clients have their pet spayed or neutered anyway, so why pay full price, plus I do promote having your pet spayed or neuered for a longer heathier life.

  However.... If you want breeding rights, please contact me for those prices & interview. FYI. The smaller the size, and females, the more the adoption fee will be. If you don't see what your looking for, drop me an email. I am AKC inspected which means they checked the health of my fur babies, their residence & living conditions, their play area's, and all my paper work. My Dusty and Huggie are AKC & have their DNA certificates. I do bio sensory training on the pups starting at 3 days old.

Sandee: was born in Jan. 09, she is AKC, very out going, & playful. She can't wait to be held and loves attention. Summer will follow you everywhere. She is very inquisitive. Her coat is gorgeous and easy to maintain. It is still long. Her adoption fee is 700

 Stormee's boys were born 8-27-09.AKC and our first litter from ARMANI, he is Champion sired from lines in Brazil and his dad only needs 3 more points for an AKC champion. Armani's grandfather is a Champion and won #1 yorkshire terrier in Brazil in 2005. Male puppies available from 800-1200

Moxi's babies were born 9-12-09. AKC Armani is the sire. Males from 700-900 Females from 1000-1200

Lilly's babies were born 9-23-09 Her babies are tiny. Brady my 3 lb male is the sire. Lilly herself is under 5 lbs. one female at 1200, males are 1000.
