My Policies

My puppies are sold with a health gaurantee & I ask that the new owner take the pup to their vet within time stated on my sales contract.

On the T-Cups, most of them do require a home with no small children. I have learned from experience it is best that way. When a pup is sold as a pet, it is required that you have it spayed/neutred by 6 to 7 months of age.

I have 3 requests to my new clients

Please send me an update after the vet visit in a short reference type email so I can post it on my website.

Please send me an update by one year of age. Pictures are welcomed at anytime

Please, if your pup was shipped contact me asap upon recieving him/her.

Recently in 05-2008, my 2nd son was born. Please keep in mind, my hands are even more full than before he was here. Therfore my time is limited, but serious inquires are welcomed. I promote spay and neuter but it is your choice, however I list them at a discounted price IF you spay/neuter the pet. OR breeding rights are an additional fee.

I have an important issue that I feel needs to be adreessed & I do not intend to come accross rude in any way shape or form. The reason I wanted to post this is because too much valuable time was being taken away from my family & time with my pets. With my past experience from people coming to view a puppy then find out they were not serious about purchasing a puppy I have decided to post this "serious buyers only". Price matching/shopping can be done online.

Breeders have no sick days, no vaccation days, no paid holidays, we have been known to loose many hours of sleep at night from expectant mommies, or tiny puppies. We work 24/7 with our babies. Most of us have families, that require our attention as well. Maybe some people raise dogs for a living, but I don't, this is my hobby. I don't get paid by the hour. About 85% of my sales go right back into my pets because this can be an expensive hobby to keep up with each ones health & grooming. Our time is important to us as I am sure yours it too. Lets work together to provide more time for our families & pets.

Due to my past experiences with people viewing the puppies, my policy is to show ONE puppy at a time. This helps to reduce confusion because most all the pups are irresistable anyways & the decision is much harder if seeing more than one pup. Quite a few times, someone came along to help pick one out, it has lead to disagreements among them & one time an arguement between them. which lead to no puppy being picked out & no one was happy that day. It is also harder on me because I freshen up the pup with a bathe before it is viewed. When I did the entire litter, it drained me as well as needless bathes for the pups all the time for each viewing person.

For these reasons I post pictures of the puppies for you to see, once you pick out your puppy, call or email me to verify that pup is available. I require at least a days notice sometimes I can fit in a visit the day you call me if you phoned my by 10 am. Due to others not calling to cancel or 'no shows' I only bathe the puppy once I know your on your way. I can schedule a visit most any weekday after 4 pm depending on which day. Weekends could have earlier availabiltity, contact me for more info. I do prefer emails, but serious inquires can call me.

My goal is to aim for a happy transaction. This assures me that my puppy is happy because client is happy which makes me happy. Please understand, because of others, the new owner must be 21 or older, otherwise, I will need references from their parents & vet. As well as as phone communication from their parents.
